Cited is an informational research service. We ask public AI answer engines (currently Google Gemini; others as added) buyer-intent questions that name the business you submit, and we show you what those engines answered — including the competitors they recommended — with the engine's own words as evidence.
Cited does not authenticate users and does not verify that you own, work for, or are authorized to act for the business named in a scan. Anyone may run a scan on any business. You are responsible for how you use the results, and you may not present a report as the named business's own audit or speak on the business's behalf.
We never access a scanned business's systems, website internals, or accounts. We only ask public AI engines questions and read their public answers. Nothing is installed, no credentials are collected, no infrastructure is probed.
Every scan produces a shareable link that anyone can open without an account. Reports quote what public AI engines answered, including competitors they recommended; that is a record of engine output at scan time, not a statement by Cited about the scanned business. Share links only with people you intend to have them.
AI engine answers change without notice, vary between runs, and may name different competitors an hour later. A "RECOMMENDED" or "NOT FOUND" verdict reflects what the engine answered during the scan only. It is not an SEO audit, not a ranking guarantee, and not a representation about the business. Paid weekly monitoring runs on a schedule (currently weekly), not continuously.
The paid "specific fix" is informational guidance, not a service engagement. We do not edit your site, listings, or profiles.
We store the business name, city, and category you submit, and the scan report (kept up to 90 days so shareable links work, then deleted). For paying subscribers, Stripe collects your email at checkout; we store it and the business name solely to operate the weekly watch, and delete them within 7 days of cancellation. Rate-limiting uses your IP address in memory only and is not persisted. Analytics counters are aggregate and contain no personal identifiers. Payments are processed by Stripe; we never see or store card details. Cancellation stops the next billing cycle; there are no partial-month refunds. We do not sell your data. The service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Parmanand LLC's total liability arising out of or relating to the service is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months before the claim. Parmanand LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages — including lost revenue, lost clients, or reputational harm — even if advised of the possibility.
Don't submit scans beyond the published rate limits, don't use reports to harass, defame, or impersonate a business, and don't republish a report as if it were issued by or to the named business.
